Prayer Requests
Ok, Until I can figure out a better way to do prayer requests please just reply in the leave a comment section with any prayer request you may have. I will respond to let you know that I have received it. I will also start a new thread each day with a list of all the prayer requests from the previous day. I would also like you to comment when your prayer has been answered. Or answered in some way. For example, if you are looking for a job(as am I) then your prayer request is a job obviously, but then when you get an interview or a call back or something let us know. It is important to keep track of all the little things God does for us so when we look back we can see all the ways He was working and encouraging us in the process of answering our request in His time.

My current prayer requests are:
A job, whatever job God wants me to have.
We need to sell our home in MS.
A school for my four year old son here in Texas.
Also, prayer for guidance and direction as I start this blog and that it will be everything God wants it to be.
I have an answer to prayer!! I now have a new job I will be starting on Monday September 16!! I would like to confess that the reason I didn’t post immediately God’s answer to my prayer is because it wasn’t exactly the answer I was expecting. This job will be very interesting and has a lot of positives to it, like paying my husbands tuition, health insurance, and vacation days but honestly the pay is minimal. I have repeatedly asked forgiveness for not being as grateful as I should be about this opportunity, this blessing, this answer to my prayer!!!! Funny, how on here I put whatever job God wants me to have yet I still had certain expectations of what that job should be…our sinful nature always has a hidden agenda that Satan will use against us to throw us off track! I have allowed my mind to overtake the situation and look at a calculator and bills that just simply don’t add up! What God has been showing me though and what I have claimed throughout this entire leap of faith is our God is bigger than any house that needs to sell, any bills that need to be paid, any mountain in our way!!
I actually have another answer to prayer because I also found a school for my son last week as well. Again, not what I was expecting, but it seems like it will be a great place for him to be loved and nurtured and for him to learn!! And it is close by which I was beginning to think was impossible to find!
So, I would just like to say Praise the Lord for answered prayers!!! Thank you for answers when we really do not deserve them!! And thank you Lord for always knowing what is best for us and giving us that instead of what we think is right for us!!
My Current Prayer Requests are:
We really need our home to sell this month or at the very least by the end of October!
A sweet lady from our home church, Robbin had to have surgery for a tumor on her brain, the surgery went well and they removed all the tumor but it was cancerous and had metastasized. Pray for her comfort, peace, and healing in this battle she faces. She also has two sons JJ & Andy that need Jesus so please pray for them(per her request)!
My husband(Josh) has officially started his classes and is really overwhelmed. Please pray for God’s peace, guidance, and wisdom as he studies and writes papers. Just pray that God clears his mind and allows him to focus and comprehend so he can get his work done.
Pray for me that I can be more of an encouraging wife to him. I am not the best encourager, it is not something that comes naturally to me especially when it comes to him so please pray that God will give me the words to say that he needs to hear when he needs to hear them.
We have a family from our home church that does want to buy our house but they need to sell theirs first. Please pray that they are able sell theirs soon if it is God’s will that they buy our house.
Please also pray for me, as this is my last week of getting to spend every day with my son and it has been such a blessing to me I am sad to see this time end!! I am so thankful God blessed me with this time so just pray for a smooth transition for me and my son, Brock, as I start work next week and he starts a new school.
Please also pray that I will quit running from God as far as this blog is concerned and that I will be diligent in praying over it and seeking His will for whatever He wants it to be and do whatever He asks me to do in regards to it!
